How to play Mine Lantern
Reveal every safe tile. Numbers count neighboring mines. Tap Reveal or Flag to choose your touch action; right-click or F flags a tile. Arrows move the cursor; Space or Enter reveals. The first opening is safe. Random boards can require a guess.
A good first strategy
Start with numbers whose neighbors are nearly known. If a clue already has enough flagged mines, its other neighbors are candidates to reveal.
The challenge and the score
Reveal every safe tile. Flags help you reason about the board. The shared leaderboard ranks the five highest point totals. An ended attempt can earn points even when you have not completed the whole challenge.
You can leave a public name of one to six characters if your score qualifies. You do not need an account to play or to leave a score.
